I Tweeted ExWHUEmployee on Thursday and said that he should have had someone that knew accounts asking Gold questions about why they took £16.4m out of the club in loan repayments and interest, for their podcast Wednesday night.

He obviously reTweeted it to Gold and then Gold replied to both of us "That's not true." I replied with page numbers and item nubers listing the fact that I was right but Gold didn't reply.

I then tweeted him twice more asking him what was not true and was blanked. It was factual but Gold, I now realise just denies and then ignores any rebuttals as in the opening sentence lifted form Soldo's article.

I used to work with a Birmingham fan called Steve and he said to me when they took over that they promise the world but eventually they grind everybody down with their continuous bullshit.

This investigation....

The past few decades have seen the three of them incompetent at running a football club.

The past gew years have seen them almost systematically destruct a club that took 120 years to build.

The events of the last two weeks have shown them as unfit and improper to run any club in the football pyramid.

David Gold will not be driven out of West Ham.

The co chairman spoke with me this evening after the ghastly scenes of intimidation and threatening behaviour in front of the director’s box at the London Stadium

My job on ClaretandHugh is to get news and reaction and this piece is a report of Gold’s feelings following the worst demonstration against him and the rest of the board we have seen.

If that means – as many want to believe that I am a board lackey and in their pay – carry on. What it really means is that I’m doing my best to keep the fans fully in the picture.

He has one reaction: “I’m going nowhere.”

He’s staying at West Ham United because he believes the majority of fans are fair minded people who do not believe in threatening and intimidating behaviour such as he faced this afternoon.

I asked him straight out whether today’s demonstration would see him quit and added: “I could hardly blame you if you did given the horrible behaviour of those fans.”

His response was immediate: “Yes but the vast majority are decent people whatever they may feel about us!”

He added: “We were mortified when we had to leave the box – it’s unreal to hear these people saying we have stolen money and that we are liars and cheats. It’s all so wrong.

“It’s not as though they are pointing at a specific issue – they are all generalisations and simply not true.

“I have no objection whatsoever to those who don’t like the way we run the club. Many of them are very decent people who argue their case passionately and intelligently – that’s fine.

“But I will never be driven away from anything by the behaviour I saw today. It won’t happen because of all the decent fans out there.”

unlike a lot of the other Boards you mention though, this lot claim to be fans first and foremost.

And whilst a lot of the other Boards might well have their business heads on, uncaring for the fanbase, at least they are competent.

This lot are the worst of both worlds.

Some of what Gold spouts I agree is spin no not any different from what you would get at other clubs, a worrying lot more of it though are incorrect 'facts' stated with such arrogance that you can't help believe that he genuinely believes in what he's saying, despite it being wholly inaccurate.

We know the board are extreme liars so this wasn’t exactly a revelation.

Plus the bloke clearly had ‘disingenuous’ on his word-of-the-day toilet paper. How many times did he want to say it! Had to turn it off in the end. Well done mate, you’ve learnt a long word!

Well I got about 5 mins in!!! Its pretty boring and im not really sure why cherry picking what Gold has said proves anything? He’s a businessman who is a part owner of West Ham, and like most businessmen he will spin a bit of bullshit, change his mind/view, tell people what they want to hear etc.

Supporters and owners have in the main vastly different priorities and objectives, we are hardly the only club that view its owners as a bunch of cunts, it can apply to every team in the PL especially when results are not going well, were the Icelandic’s any different, was Uncle Terry any better???

We could get new owners tomorrow and many would be rejoicing, but give it a few months and the same old shit would get regurgitated, especially if results didn’t improve and had we stayed at UP i expect many would be cunting the owners for not taking the opportunity to move there.

Yes they are a bunch of cunts who tell porkeys and change there minds, BUT……..Damned if they do and dammed if they don’t, but I bet if results were better a lot of this belly aching would not be happening.

Queens Fish Bar..it wasn't just Birmingham and the Commonwealth games...was also the time when 5 or 6 places around the country were going to get Super Casinos and they tried to get a cheap set up deal with a new ground for BCFC coupled with a super casino. Remember reading a few bits about it years back and the council not falling for it.

It's almost as if it's property first, football second.
